I put the deposit down and told her I wanted a female. No reason, just to be different I guess. The piggie was ready just before we left for Disney but they said they would keep her for me until we returned. The day after we got home I worked it out so that we could pick up the piggie! We were going to name her Minnie Pearl! :) Well, piggie was pretty upset when we got it so it rode in my lap all the way home. When we got there I put it down in the living room so we could pet it and immediately noticed that IT WAS A BOY! haha! SO, meet Romeo! :)

Meet Lucy and Spring Break!
Since I last blogged we got a new baby! Her name is Lucy, she is a blue doberman. And she is the bomb diggity! Josh drove for about 9 hours to get her and it was love at first site for the two of them. She even goes to work with him! I swore I would NEVER EVER have a big dog in the house. But, dobermans just really don't do well outside so hubs said we weren't getting another until we could keep it inside. I still said no. Then a few months ago I really starting wanting another dobie and decided that if hubby let me have a PIG in the house then I should let him have a dog inside so the rest is history! By the way, Tucker the pig has been outside in his new fabulous pen for a few months now! :)
Here she is! Our little LuLu!

New Farm Babies{AGAIN!} and an Adoption Update!
I went to their little goat house and peeked inside and didn't see anything...then I looked over to the right and there was a tiny little black baby sleeping! Then I looked a little further and saw another little tan baby sleeping! EEKKSS! SURPRISE! I scooped them up and all the kids and the hubs came running to see!
Two little baby GIRLS this time!
Meet Pixie and Tink!
We received an email Friday that the home study agency that we were using has had their Hague Accreditation put on hold and we need to switch home study agencies. This means nothing to you, I know. But for us, it's huge. Our first big bump in the road. I've done A TON of paperwork that now has to been redone and some other things that will have to be redone. It's all very time consuming and now to start over? UGH!

Fair Fun & a New Farm Friend!
On Friday night, we went to the fair! It was lots of fun! We ate fair food, rode fair rides and played fair games! :)
His first gum…
There aren’t many pictures of G and P because they spent their time riding rides like this…
There was also a petting zoo there!
They had a baby zebra!!!! It was SO cute, 8 weeks old!
And this guy was my fav!
AND THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Sunday after church we headed to north Alabama for this little guy…
Meet Tuck! Tucker Hamilton! :)
UM, how cute is he? So VERY!
I have been wanting a piggy for a while. I wanted one a very long time ago and then decided that we have enough animals! About a year or so ago my sister started trying to talk me into it and I told her she was bat cray. A few months ago I finally decided that we needed one! haha! So, since then, I’ve been researching and researching! Finally, last week I came across this fellow and couldn’t resist! We are working on litter box training so we’ll see how that goes! He also already has his Halloween costume! :)

Fun Fourth of July and New Farm Friends
We had a fabulous Fourth of July! We spent most of the week at the beach, after getting Reece, Brooks and myself over strep throat! Yuck! There’s really no place I would rather be than watching fireworks on the beach!
You won’t see Peyton in any of these beach pictures. :( We had to make the hardest parenting decision we have EVER had to make and leave him in town. More on that later.
Other than missing Peyton, we had the best time! Playing on the beach with cousins and eating and having beach dates thanks to Paw Paw!
After dinner on this night, I rode the Sky Coaster with Griffin! I rode it all the time when I was a teenager and it was time to introduce him! haha! He loves doing crazy things like this just like me so we had FUN! Paw Paw called and said he was headed over with Pizza and a Piñata….so the four of us said, “See ya!” HA!
BIG NEWS from the farm!! I mentioned in my last post that we had a pregnant goat. Well, I KNEW she would have them while we were out of town! When we arrived home Reece, Brooks, Griffin and I headed to check on her….we were about halfway to their pasture and Reece squealed, “BABY GOATSSSSSSSS!” Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I practically through Brooks at Griffin because he wasn’t wearing shoes and ran and scooped those babies UP!(Terrible mother, I know.)
Have you EVER???? OH EM GEEEE! Y’all!!! I’m so in love! One girl and one boy! Here’s our girl…
And here’s our boy…
They don’t have names yet…I’m trying to think of something cute and patriotic since they were born around the 4th of July! I thought about maybe Doodle and Dandy…but not sure yet! :) And since our male is not the daddy…we can keep the girl! :) Hubby says we can keep the boy too(we’ll just have to separate him). So, we’ll see! They just prance and jump and play…so fun!
We are all just smitten! :)
